Editor’s note. At 29 Fla. L. Weekly S537, in the last sentence of the fourth paragraph before the CONCLUSION section the word “insured” is substituted for the word “insurer.”

The sentence now reads: In those cases, as in all cases, the hardship of delaying the claimant in proceeding to judgment against the insured must be weighed.
