Weekly, page 1751, right-hand column, last paragraph, the second sentence reads, “The court disapproved of our opinion in Shaeffer, which involved a similar appraisal provision.” It should read: “833 So.2d at 766, approving Allstate Ins. Co. v. Suarez, 786 So.2d 645 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001).
