(Before STUART M. SIMONS, ARTHUR L. ROTHENBERG, and SARAH ZABEL, JJ.)

(ARTHUR L. ROTHENBERG, J.) Relying on the reasoning in Total Health Care of Florida, Inc. v. United Automobile Insurance Co., 9 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 659a (Fla. 11th Cir. Ct. 2002) rev. denied 9 Fla.
