AGREED ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S AMENDED MOTION TO COMPEL

THIS CAUSE having come before this court upon agreement by the parties, it is hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

1. Within thirty (30) days from April 10, 2003, Defendant agrees to provide items requested in number 1 of Plaintiff’s Request For Production.

2. Within thirty (30) days from April 10, 2003, Defendant agrees to supplement items requested in number 3 of Plaintiff Request For Production by providing two peer review reports in Defendant’s possession.

3. Within thirty (30) days from April 10, 2003, Defendant agrees to provide affidavit of payments by Defendant for the last three years to peer review doctor used in this case or a sworn answer to interrogatory number 9 containing the same information.

4. Within thirty (30) days from April 10, 2003, Defendant agrees to provide better answers to Plaintiff’s Interrogatory number 8.

5. Within thirty (30) days from April 10, 2003, Defendant agrees to provide affidavit of payments by Defendant for the last three years to peer review doctor used in this case as answer to Plaintiff’s Interrogatory number 9 or a sworn answer to interrogatory number 9 containing the same information.
