FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’SMOTION TO SET REASONABLEATTORNEY’S FEE AND COSTS
This action was heard on the PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO SET A REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEE. Upon consideration, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO SET REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEE is hereby GRANTED.
2. Amir Fleischer, is entitled to 3.5 hours for reasonable time spent in this case. An hourly rate of $225.00 is reasonable for Amir Fleischer.
3. Plaintiff’s Expert Witness, Cris Boyer was necessary to render an opinion relating to the reasonable number of hours and a reasonable hourly rate. Cris Boyer was required to take time away from his practice and is entitled to 1 hour for reasonable time spent in this case. An hourly rate of $250.00 is reasonable for Cris Boyer.
4. The Plaintiff is awarded taxable costs of $151.00.
5. Judgment against the Defendant is GRANTED in the principal amount of $1,188.50 plus prejudgment interest of 9% from 6/17/02, for which let execution issue.
