ORDER

THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Defendant’s Motion To Compel Depositions and Motion For Sanctions, on November 19, 2002, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion To Compel Depositions is Granted. Plaintiff’s counsel shall submit to a full and complete deposition as provided by law, on or before December 6, 2002.

The court has taken under advisement Defendant’s request for sanctions for all activities associated with the first deposition and subsequent actions taken to obtain the within Order. Said determination of any entitlement to sanctions will be made by the court at any fee hearing relative to the within claim.
