THIS CAUSE, having come on before this Court on April 7, 2004, upon the Defendants’ Motion to Strike Plaintiff’s Demand for Escrow of Insurance Benefits, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is there upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants’ said Motion To Strike Plaintiff’s Demand For Escrow of Insurance Benefits is GRANTED, pursuant to the authority of Judge Maye’s recent decision in Vincent DiCarlo, M.D. & Associates, a/a/o, Bonita Thurston v. American Home Assurance Co., 11 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 305b (Fla. 13th Cir. Ct., Jan. 20, 2004).
