ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on before this Court on April 6, 2004, upon the Defendant’s Motion to Enforce Settlement, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion to Enforce Settlement is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall execute, before a notary, Defendant’s Release attached to its Motion to Enforce Settlement and forward same to counsel for the Defendant within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
