ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on October 27, 2003, on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. This Court finds that the document attached to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff’s Complaint as Exhibits “A” entitled “ASSIGNMENT OF INSURANCE BENEFITS” is not a valid assignment of benefits. As a result, Plaintiff does not have standing to pursue this cause of action.
