ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel, and the Court having heard argument of counsel on August 7, 2004, and being otherwise duly informed in the premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1.The Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

2. The Defendant shall provide to the Plaintiff the name of its expert witness for use at the attorney fee hearing 30 days prior to said hearing.

3. The Defendant is not obligated to provide records reflecting the amount of time expended by defense counsel in this case pursuant to HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc. v. Hillman,2003 WL 22849390, 28 Fla. L. Weekly 2758 (Fla. 2d DCA Dec. 3, 2003).
