THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on December 10, 2003 on Defendant’s Motion For Re-Consideration Of Order Denying Defendant’s Motion To Strike, and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is there upon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, after further reconsideration, Defendant’s Motion To Strike Plaintiff’s Demand For Escrow Of Insurance Benefits is GRANTED. The Court’s prior Order of August 19, 2003 [10 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 833b] is vacated and Plaintiff’s demand for escrow of insurance benefits is stricken.
