FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on May 17, 2004, before the Honorable Lawrence King pursuant to the verdict rendered on May 18, 2004, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The jury in this case has determined the a reasonable charge for the MRI in question in this case was SIXTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS & NO/CENTS ($1,600.00).
2. The Court finds that Progressive paid 80% of $1,600.00 to the plaintiff, plus interest.
3. Accordingly, Final Judgment be, and the same hereby is, entered herein in favor of the Defendant, and against the Plaintiff, CORAL IMAGING SERVICES, INC., (Maria Palacios). The Plaintiff is to take nothing by its action herein and the Defendant is to go hence without day.
4. The Court reserves jurisdiction to consider any post trial motions for attorney’s fees and costs.
