ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO INVOKE THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

This cause having come before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion to Invoke the Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Court having considered said Motion and having reviewed the pleadings filed herein, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration thereof

ORDERED:

1. Defendant’s Motion to Invoke the Rules of Civil Procedure is hereby granted in part and denied in part.

2. Specifically, the Rules of Civil Procedure will apply to this cause except for Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442, relating to Proposals of Settlement, which has no counterpart in the Summary Rules of Procedure.
