THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the 20th day of November, 2003 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Determine Expert Witness Fee and after hearing argument of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
Plaintiff’s Motion is Granted. This court finds that Howard Dranoff, D.C., the Defendant’s IME Physician shall be compensated at an hourly rate of $200.00 for his testimony and not at an hourly rate of $400.00 as requested.
