THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the 8th day of March, 2004 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Determine Expert Witness Fee and after hearing argument of counsel, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

That Jeffrey S. Senter, D.C., the chiropractor who conducted an independent medical examination of the insured, Pablo Granados, shall be compensated at a rate of $200.00 per hour for his deposition testimony in this cause and not the $400.00 per hour he requested. There shall be no two hour minimum requirement of advance fee payment and he shall submit for deposition within 30 days of March 8, 2004.
