THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard March 26, 2004, on the motion of Defendant, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, for an order on Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue, and counsel for the parties having been present and heard, and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue is DENIED, the Court also noting the underlying dispute has been settled and attorney’s fees are the only issue remaining.
