ORDER

This Cause having come before the Court on December 9, 2003 on Defendant’s Motion for Contempt of Court, Defendant and Plaintiff having appeared through counsel, having presented arguments, Dana Jackson-Murray having appeared late, and this Court having reviewed the record and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, the Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and FINDS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Dana Jackson-Murray, assignor in the above styled cause, failed to appear for a deposition on September 17, 2003 after being subpoenaed by Defendant and served for said deposition.

2. Counsels for Plaintiff and Defendant were present at the time the deposition was supposed to take place.

3. Dana Jackson-Murray is found is contempt of Court.

4. Dana Jackson-Murray shall pay $66 to Defendant within 90 days from the date of this Order as reimbursement for Defendant’s cost of court reporter.
