ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES TO REQUESTS TO PRODUCE(SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST TO PRODUCE AND SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST TO PRODUCE)

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Responses to Requests to Produce (Supplemental Request to Produce and Second Supplemental Request to Produce), filed under Certificate of Service date August 3, 2005, and the Court having heard argument of Counsel on Friday, August 19, 2005 at 8:30 a.m., and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore

CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff’s Supplemental Request to Produce is GRANTED. Defendant, PROGRESSIVE, is to produce from their experts in this matter a list of all payments for any expert services provided including reports, predeposition conferences, pretrial conferences, review of records, compulsory examinations, deposition testimony and trial testimony done at the request of any medical records review company, defense firm or insurance company for the past two (2) years. This information is to be provided within thirty (30) days from August 19, 2005.

Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Second Supplemental Request to Produce is DENIED.
