FINAL JUDGMENT AS TO PPO REDUCTIONS

THIS CAUSE having come before the court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and the court having reviewed the pleadings and affidavits filed by counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff recover from Defendant the sum of $106.36 in unpaid medical expenses, interest on said expenses from March 7, 2001 in the amount of $6.36, for a total amount due of $112.72 which shall bear interest at the rate of 7% per annum until paid in full, and for which sum let execution issue.
