ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO TAX COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES (AS TO AMOUNT ONLY) & FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come before the Honorable Caryn Canner Schwartz on May 5, 2005, upon the parties Joint Stipulation Regarding Defendant’s Motion to Tax Costs and Attorney’s Fees (as to amount only), and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Settlement has been agreed to between the parties in the total amount of one thousand seven hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($1,750.00).
2. The amount shall be divided equally between Plaintiff, NEURO-TECH LABORATORY, INC., and Plaintiff’s Attorney, LAW OFFICE OF VICTOR F. DANTE & ASSOCIATES, P.A.
3. The Plaintiff, NEURO-TECH LABORATORY, INC., will pay Defendant eight hundred seventy-five and 00/100 dollars ($875.00) within fourteen (14) days from the date of the signed Joint Stipulation.
4. Plaintiff’s Attorney, LAW OFFICE OF VICTOR F. DANTE & ASSOCIATES, P.A., will pay Defendant eight hundred seventy-five and 00/100 dollars ($875.00) within fourteen (14) days from the date of the signed Joint Stipulation.
5. This total amount of one thousand seven hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($1,750.00) is inclusive of attorneys fees, interest and costs.
6. Plaintiff’s Attorney, LAW OFFICE OF VICTOR F. DANTE & ASSOCIATES, P.A., is not responsible for the eight hundred seventy-five and 00/100 dollars ($875.00) assessed to Plaintiff, NEURO-TECH LABORATORY, INC.
7. Plaintiff, NEURO-TECH LABORATORY, INC., is not responsible for the eight hundred seventy-five and 00/100 dollars assessed to Plaintiff’s Attorney, LAW OFFICE OF VICTOR F. DANTE & ASSOCIATES, P.A.
8. This Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the Joint Stipulation Regarding Defendant’s Motion to Tax Costs and Attorney’s Fees (as to amount only).
