3) a Motion to Strike Point B of Appellee’s Answer Brief, by NHI;
4) a Motion to Strike Appellee’s Second Notice of Filing of Supplemental Authority, by NHI; and
5) a Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Florida Statutes 57.105, by Appellee, RMA.
The Court having considered the motions, and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Appellant’s Motion for Appellate Attorney’s Fees is hereby DENIED.
2. Appellee’s Motion to Tax Attorney Fees and Costs is hereby DENIED.
3. Point B of Appellee’s Answer Brief is hereby STRICKEN.
