ORDER DENYING ATTORNEY’S FEES, STRIKING POINT B OF APPELLEE’S ANSWER BRIEF, STRIKING APPELLEE’S SECOND NOTICE OF FILING SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY, AND DENYING 57.105 SANCTIONS

(NANCY F. ALLEY, J.) THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon

1) a Motion for Appellate Attorney’s Fees, by Appellant New Hampshire Indemnity Insurance Company (“NHI”);

2) a Motion to Tax Attorney Fees and Costs, by Appellee, Rural Metro Ambulance a/a/o William Zaniboni (“RMA”);

3) a Motion to Strike Point B of Appellee’s Answer Brief, by NHI;

4) a Motion to Strike Appellee’s Second Notice of Filing of Supplemental Authority, by NHI; and

5) a Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Florida Statutes 57.105, by Appellee, RMA.

The Court having considered the motions, and being fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. Appellant’s Motion for Appellate Attorney’s Fees is hereby DENIED.

2. Appellee’s Motion to Tax Attorney Fees and Costs is hereby DENIED.

3. Point B of Appellee’s Answer Brief is hereby STRICKEN.

4. Appellee’s Second Notice of Filing of Supplemental Authority is hereby STRICKEN.

5. Appellee’s Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Florida Statutes 57.105 is hereby DENIED.
