Case No. 04-064 AP and 04-238 AP (Consolidated). L.T. Case No. 01-10611 CC 25. October 26, 2004. This is a consolidated appeal from a final judgment and award of attorneys’ fees entered by the Honorable Teretha L. Thomas, County Court Judge, Miami-Dade County. Counsel: Paula B. (Per Curiam.) The appeal of United Automobile Insurance Company is frivolous and devoid of merit. The judgment is AFFIRMED. United Auto. Ins. Co. v. Rodriguez, 808 So.2d 82, 87 (Fla. 2001); Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So.2d 1150, 1152 (Fla. 1979); Derius v. Allstate Indem. Co., 723 So.2d 271, 273 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998).
