ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the Plaintiff’s Motion for Fees and Costs, and this Court having heard argument of both counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. A reasonable hourly rate for Mr. Klausman is $200 per hour.
2. The Court finds that a reasonable amount of time spent by Mr. Klausman is 20 hours.
3. The Plaintiff is entitled to post judgment interest.
4. The Court awards costs in the amount of $139.79.
5. The Court finds that there should be no award expert fees to Mr. Souders.
6. No multiplier was requested.
7. Based upon the above ruling, Mr. Klausman is entitled to a lodestar amount of $4000.00, which shall bear interest from August 8, 2006 at 9% for 2006 and 11% for 2007. Costs are awarded in the amount of $139.79.
