THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Defendant’s Motion for Judicial Notice and Memorandum of Law in support of the admissibility of the 2005 Federal Medicare Physician’s Reimbursement Schedule and the 2005 Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual, on December 7, 2005, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED

1. This Court hereby takes judicial notice of the 2005 Federal Medicare Physician’s Reimbursement Schedule and the 2005 Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual.

2. This Court reserves ruling on the admissibility of the 2005 Federal Medicare Physician’s Reimbursement Schedule and the 2005 Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual until a time closer to trial that the Court determines to be more appropriate.
