ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on February 5, 2007 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery. Present before the court were Plaintiff’s counsel, Timothy A. Patrick, Esquire and Defendant’s counsel, Peter Richard, Esquire. The court being fully advised in the premises, rules as follows:

It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

1. That Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery as to attorney’s fees ands costs is hereby GRANTED.

2. That the Defendant is to hand deliver its responses to Plaintiff’s Request to Produce on Attorney’s Fees, Costs and Interest Issues and its Answers to Plaintiff’s First Attorney’s Fees Interrogatories by Friday, February 9, 2007.

3. That the Defendant shall produce all of its billing and time records in redacted fashion so as to not divulge any privileged information. Further, the Defendant’s time records shall disclose all dates and amount of time spent on billing entries. The Defendant shall not redact any non-privileged information.

4. That the Plaintiff’s attorney is awarded $300.00 from Defendant.
