THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff’s Motion to Continue, and the Court having reviewed the motion, and being otherwise apprized in the chambers, it is, therefore,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT

Plaintiff’s Motion to Continue Pre-Trial Conference 7/17/07 at 10:30 a.m. is hereby GRANTED and the conference rescheduled to Monday, July 23, 2007 at 10:30 a.m.

Plaintiff’s counsel is advised that a “Notice of Unavailability” does not “constitute an application and request for continuance” under the appropriate rules.
