ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

THIS CAUSE having come on May 8, 2008 to be heard on Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the Premises, it is hereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion be DENIED. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

1. Defendant is entitled to conduct the depositions of the treating physicians in this matter;

2. Defendant has agreed to schedule the depositions at the doctors’ facility beginning at or after 3:00 p.m.;

3. The Court finds the Defendant shall pay expert witness fees for the depositions of the treating physicians. Fl. Rules of Cir. Pro. 1.280(b)(4)(c).
