THIS CAUSE came on to be heard by the Court and the Court having received the transcribed statement of Jerry Joseph and the Defendant’s claim notes abstract up to March 8, 2007 for an in camera inspection and having reviewed said documents, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, the Court finds that these documents are subject to production to Plaintiff. The Defendant has 20 days from the date of this Order to produce said documents to Plaintiff’s Counsel. The Court has destroyed the copies previously provided.
