ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES

THIS MATTER came before the Court on February 1, 2008 on Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs and after reviewing the court file, having heard testimony and argument of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is hereupon:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Defendant has conceded that Plaintiff is entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

2. The court has determined that 8.6 hours are reasonable hours expended by Plaintiff’s counsel in this matter. The court further finds Ms. Corredor’s reasonable hourly fee is $350.00 per hour. This entitles Plaintiff to recover $3,410.00 in attorney fees (which includes the reasonable staff fees of $250.00 for Una Husseini, Esquire, $75.00 for Chris Corredor, and $75.00 for Jennifer Franco). Plaintiff’s expert, Alan Alvarez, is entitled to a fee of $425.00 per hour for a four (4) hour period. Costs are stipulated to be $95.00.
