[Original Opinion at 15 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 320a]

(PER CURIAM.) This Court, after considering the original appeal from the entry of a final summary judgment in this matter, retained jurisdiction and remanded the case to the trial court to make a determination as to the legal sufficiency of Dr. Goldberg’s peer review affidavit. The matter is now before us for consideration of the appropriateness of the entry of summary judgment in favor of Adriana Amador in light of the trial court’s order regarding the matter remanded [16 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 446a]. After review of the trial court’s order and the briefs submitted by the parties, we affirm finding that summary judgment was appropriate. See United Automobile Ins. Co. v.
