ORDER GRANTING APPELLEE’S MOTION FOR APPELLATE FEES AND FOR ISSUANCE OF A MANDATE

(ANA I. GARDINER, J.) THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Appellee’s Motion for Appellate Fees and for Issuance of a Mandate, and the Court having considered same, and being otherwise duly advised in premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Appellee’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees as the prevailing party is GRANTED. This matter is remanded to the trial court for a determination of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to be taxed against Appellant.

It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to issue a Mandate affirming the trial court in this matter.
