UNITED AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, Appellant, vs. FRED SAGER, D.C. a/a/o Ruth Garcia, Appellee. Circuit Court, 17th Judicial Circuit (Appellate) in and for Broward County. Case No. 08-43973 (13). Re: 08-239 (53). November 19, 2009. Counsel: Lara J. Edelstein, Miami. Dean Mitchell, Ocala. Lawrence J. Bohannon, Fort Lauderdale.

OPINION

(Tuter, Judge.) The Appellant seeks reversal of the judgment of the County Court, which was based on the finding that its medical provider’s affidavit was legally insufficient. Based on United Automobile Insurance Company v. Eduardo J. Garrido, P.A., D.C., 2009 WL 3446421 (Fla. 3d DCA October 28, 2009), this court is constrained to reverse and remand this case to the County Court for further proceedings not inconsistent with the aforementioned opinion.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
