Upon Appellee’s Confession of Error, based upon Custer Medical Center a/a/o Maximo Masis v. United Automobile Insurance Company, 35 Fla. L. Weekly S640a (Fla. Nov. 4, 2010), which we accept, we reverse the trial court’s entry of Summary Judgment, and remand this cause to the trial court for proceedings consistent with this opinion, including an award of appellant attorney’s fees, to be determined below.
