THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Plaintiff’s Motion for extension of time to respond to Defendant’s proposal for settlement and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the Premises, it is hereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be, and the same is hereby Granted. Plaintiff shall respond to proposal for settlement within 30 days after the completion of the deposition of adjuster and the deposition of the claimant.
