THIS CAUSE having come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premise, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement is GRANTED.
Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of the adjuster’s deposition to accept or reject Defendant’s proposal for settlement.
