THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Plaintiff’s Motion for extension of time to respond to Defendant’s proposal for settlement and having the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the Premises, it is hereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be, and the same is hereby Granted. The Plaintiff has 5 business days from the adjuster’s deposition to respond to Defendant’s proposal for settlement. The adjuster’s deposition shall occur within 120 days of the date of this order.
