THIS CAUSE having come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff, DELRAY BEACH FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC, INC.’S Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premise, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, DELRAY BEACH FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC, INC.’S Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement is GRANTED.
1. The time for Plaintiff to accept or reject Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement, served on December 19, 2011, shall be extended thirty (30) days after the completion of the deposition of the pre-litigation adjuster set for February 8, 2012.
