This cause came before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court finds the Plaintiff’s notice was sufficient under the statute to alert the Defendant of the billed statements the Plaintiff claimed were not fully paid by the Defendant and gave enough information, so that the Defendant could adequately respond.
