THIS CAUSE having come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff, SOUTH FLORIDA MOBILE OPEN MRI, INC.’S Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premise, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, SOUTH FLORIDA MOBILE OPEN MRI, INC.’S Motion to Enlarge Time to Respond to Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement is GRANTED.
The Defendant shall provide deposition dates for the adjuster’s deposition to occur within 90 days of this order. Plaintiff shall have 20 days after the deposition of the adjuster occurs to accept or reject Defendant’s proposal for settlement.
