(Before KARLAN, DRESNICK, and RODRIGUEZ, JJ.)

(DRESNICK, Judge.) The underlying benefits judgment was reversed by the Third District Court of Appeal in United Auto. Ins. Co. v. Eduardo Garrido, D.C., P.A. a/a/o Maria Garcia22 So. 3d 120 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009) [34 Fla. L. Weekly D2174a] (MANDATE Nov. 6, 2009). This is an appeal of the attorney’s fee award which is based on that benefits judgment. Because the benefits judgment was reversed, the fee award must also be reversed. Marty v. Bainter727 So. 2d 1124 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999) [24 Fla. L. Weekly D695a]; Nevarez v. Friskney819 So. 2d 992 (Fla. 5th DCA 2002) [27 Fla. L. Weekly D1506a]. Accordingly, we reverse the award of the attorney’s fees. (KARLAN and RODRIGUEZ, JJ., concur.)
