THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this Court upon the Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order as to the Depositions of Public Adjusters, Erv Bartlett and Bill Kovacik, specifically seeking to obtain payment for each as an expert witness for the depositions, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised of the premises it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Protective Order as to the Deposition of Public Adjusters Erv Bartlett and Bill Kovacik heard in front of this Court on July 1, 2013 is hereby DENIED.
