ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint to add Count II-Violation of Florida’s Unfair Insurance Trade Practices Act is GRANTED; however, Count II-Violation of Florida’s Unfair Insurance Trade Practices Act is ABATED until such time as the Court has made a determination in favor of the Plaintiff on the breach of contract claim (Count I).
