THIS MATTER having come before this Honorable Court on December 2, 2014 on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Complete and/or Better Responses to Plaintiff’s Request to Produce Regarding Attorneys’ Fees and Costs to Defendant (bearing certificate of service date October 30, 2014) and this Honorable Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Complete and/or Better Responses to Plaintiff’s Request to Produce Regarding Attorneys’ Fees and Costs to Defendant is GRANTED IN PART (as the Court has not yet ruled upon Plaintiff’s Request to Produce #1-3 and #5-7).
2. Defendant shall produce all its attorney, paralegal/assistant and/or secretary time sheets related to this case within ten (10) days of the date of this hearing, or no later than December 12, 2014.
