THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on December 23, 2014 upon Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Defendant’s Proposal for Settlement to KATHLEEN WILLIAMS, and the Court having reviewed the file, heard argument of counsel and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
This is an action for declaratory relief and breach of contract over the issue of insurance coverage. Plaintiff’s motion to strike Defendant’s proposal for settlement served on August 9, 2012 is hereby GRANTED. Diamond Aircraft Ind., Inc., v. Alan Horowitch, 107 So.3d 362 (Fla. 2013) [38 Fla. L. Weekly S17a].
