FINAL JUDGMENT GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS

THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on this 25th day of November, 2014, on Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs, and after reviewing the file, the exhibits, hearing all testimony(ies), and arguments of counsels, and being otherwise fully advised, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT

1. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff’s attorney a total of Nineteen Thousand ($19,000.00) for attorney’s fees and costs.

2. Plaintiff’s expert, Bradley D. Souders, Esquire, shall be awarded four hours at the rate of $425.00 per hour, for a total of $1,700.00 for expert witness fees.

3. The Law Firm of Michael J. Meksraitis shall be awarded $800.00 for costs.

4. The Law Firm of Roberto R. Alayon shall be due 44 hours of attorney’s fees, which shall total $16.500.00.

5. Roberto R. Alayon, P.A. will issue payment to Bradley Souders under separate cover. As such, Defendant should only send one draft for the total amount due and make the draft payable to Roberto R. Alayon, P.A.

5. Said payment shall be due within twenty (20) days from the signing of this Order.

WHEREFORE, final judgment is entered against Defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, in favor of Plaintiff for a total amount of Nineteen-Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00).
