ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
Plaintiff’s Motion To Take Compulsory Judicial Notice Of The 2007 Medicare Part B Participating Physician Fee Schedule In Its Entirety, including But Not Limited To, The 2007 Medicare Part B Participating Physician Fee Schedule Reimbursement Amount For The CPT Code(s) at Issue in This Matter Is hereby GRANTED. The Court hereby takes compulsory judicial notice of the 2007 Medicare Part B Participating Physician Fee Schedule, including the 2007 Medicare Part B Participating Physician Fee Schedule Reimbursement Amount for the CPT Code(s) at issue in this matter (CPT Code 72141 and CPT Code 72148). The Non-Facility Price set forth within the 2007 Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedule for CPT Code 72141 is $503.01. The Non-Facility Price set forth within the 2007 Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedule for CPT Code 72148 is $533.14. Defendant paid these amounts for each CPT code in this matter. The Court takes said compulsory judicial notice pursuant to Fla. Stat. §90.202, §90.203, and §90.902.
