THIS CAUSE was considered by the Court on the following Motion(s) Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or to Transfer Venue

HEARING was held on July 15, 2014

THE COURT having considered the grounds for the Motion, taken testimony, heard argument and considered the applicable law, it is FOUND,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. GRANTED with case to be transferred to Collier County with the Plaintiff to pay transfer costs.

2. If Plaintiff provides evidence that Defendant maintains an office in Broward County for transaction of its customary business within 60 days from the date of this order, Plaintiff may file a motion and such evidence and have this matter revised by the court.

3. Plaintiff may serve and conduct discovery to determine whether Defendant maintains offices described in #2 above.
