THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Defendant’s Motion to Compel Better Responses to Defendant’s Supplemental Request to Produce, and the Court having considered same, and being otherwise advised, it is here upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion is hereby:
Granted in part. Plaintiff shall provide better responses to numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, & 10 within forty-five (45) days of this order. Plaintiff’s objections to HMO/PPO discovery is sustained. See Rivero Diagnostic Center, Inc. v. State Farm Auto Ins. Co., 21 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 804a (Miami-Dade County April 23, 2014).
