Cagan, Esquire, and for the Defendant, Rhamen Love-Lane, Esquire, and the Court being apprised of applicable case law, argument of counsel, and statute, as well as a review of the Court file hereby:

ORDERS and ADJUDICATES as follows:

1. Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order as to the deposition of the agency that issued the subject insurance policy (White Hoskin’s Cook Agency) is hereby DENIED; the basis for which is that this Defendant lacks standing to challenge on behalf of a non-party insurance agency which procured the policy.
