ORDERS and ADJUDICATES as follows:

1. Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order as to the deposition of the agency that issued the subject insurance policy (White Hoskin’s Cook Agency) is hereby DENIED; the basis for which is that this Defendant lacks standing to challenge on behalf of a non-party insurance agency which procured the policy.
