SUMMARY JUDGMENT GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT ASTO ENTITLEMENT TO ATTORNEY’S FEES

The above matter coming on for hearing before this Court on November 23, 2015 at 1:30 PM on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Entry of a Summary Judgment finding the Plaintiffs are entitled to an award of attorney’s fees for services rendered to them by their attorneys in the prosecution of their claims for UM benefits (in both the original uninsured/underinsured Auto Complaint, as well as in their attorneys’ prosecution of that single count Amended Complaint for violations of Fla. Statutes §624.155 filed after entry of a jury verdict in their favor on June 6, 2014 in their original UM Auto Complaint for breach of contract) and this Court having reviewed the file herein as well as having heard argument of counsel, GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion for the reasons set forth in the transcript of the hearing which is incorporated herein by reference
